You are both probably right but he has an uphill culture problem with Sydney based players.

Who would you identify in the team as a leader that has not been involved in some off field garbage?

They need a stable spine and bring in players with heart and not the plethora of entitled show ponies.

Boyd Cordner seems clean. as captain that's a start at least
It was discussed on triple m footy radio today.
Gould/Fittler/Johns are being talked about as a combined coaching force.
Soward had some dialogue about the NSW drinking culture and on another note Josh Dugan was stood down today for disciplinary reasons.
It has been revealed that some NSW players prefer to get on the pi$$ before getting the job done.

Freddie is like a reformed smoker so may get the culture back on track. But if it is to happen quick it will need to be like Fatties QLD team during the super league wars. Bunch of nobodies with little talent that showed what it is really about.

With the NFL season about to kick off I guess pulling this up now lets us focus on that. I've got some serious improving to do there.
