Jarred Hayne is going back to the Eels. The round trip is completed

Hope they didn't give him stupid money. He hasn't earned it.

Goddam what a fiasco.

Anyone else reading it's apparently got to do with his baby mama taking the child back to Sydney?

Sooooo. He lied? And it was as predicted. He will get $1.5m ? Parra pays him $1M and Titans pay $500K? That's my guess. And he lied. Mislead his Titan team mates. Okey dokey then.

You must be heartbroken he aint with your home team anymore. Must be bad being overseas and not being able to have a big cry with the locals?

Who could blame her?

Yes. She seems to have smartened up a lot quicker than us guys who had to argue with the local's about how worthwhile the plane was. Can't help feeling a bit embarrased about pushing the Plane wheelbarrow when things looked optomistic. Cheers Goatie
Good finale to the RLWC. England will believe they should've won that and rightly so. They just can't keep it together when it matters. Always been that way though. Must be tough to be an England fan.

It sucks all the time to be an English rugby league fan

During a break form work with the family at Chrissy. The unit had Foxtel. Surf was poo all bar 2 of the eight days so the NRL channel was a great source of entertainment as they played all the old 70's 80's 90's and more recent games. I was reminded of so many great players that were just below the elites and therefore almost forgotten. But crikey the early games were so tough. Happy 18 guys

They had real scrums when I grew up watching football not this Nancy Boy stuff of today. You cant even gouge the opposition hookers eyes without getting sent off these days.

Happy Chrissy and Merry New Year

Happy Merriness also
Real tough guys . It was interesting on the early TV games they would announce a tryscorer with his name/age/occupation etc
David " Cement" Gillespie . for example . was a Council worker. Quite a few rugged hombre's were "sales representatives".
But I realised that even though these guy's weren't full time athletes they weren't the average bear. They had BIG tickers
