There is more money to recruit and build
Bring in a genius like Tim Sheens out of retirement

Just goes to show just how far ahead Storm are. Eels thrash Broncs (I realise they were well out of it after that night on the turps, but still) then are themselves thrashed the following week. Storm continue to be the benchmark.
