Aussies seemed lacklustre and disinterested in a game full of spirit from the Tongan's
Well deserved win boosts the international potential of the Island communitys good for the sport

What can you expect with too many blues in this roos squad mate?

It is good for Rugby League to have more competitive international teams. It gets boring just beating England all the time.

Like others have said great for the international game.

Taking nothing away from Tonga, just wondering if this is starting to show Mals inefficiencies as a coach?

During his reign as Qld coach he had some amazing leaders during his tenure.

Wonder if the 49ers will ever play a game in Sydney like is happening in London? Would be good for the NFL and Sydney siders.

Went out to dinner the other night at one of our local's
Lots of TV screens at this establishment ... One was doing replays of recent NFL game footage.
Loved chowing down on beef ribs while this screen ran through the highlights of the week just gone.
Am a fan
Aussies love sport/football/all codes # yep

I would be backing Hall
So it was a draw and Gallen is whinging about the judges lol.

Looks like a rematch. More ticket sales. Cynical

Gallen was ahead and should have been awarded the win but by complaining and
going on about it comes out looking the goose in the public eye in what was only ever
going to be a novelty event. Hall looked a beast at the weigh in, amazing physique for a 42yo. 2 minute rounds a bit weird.
Hall said the toll it took on the family will virtually rule out a rematch. Gallen had his measure IMO

Queenslanders became very used to Gallen and his total lack of grace. Only towards the end of the origin streak did he begin to acknowledge the victors and I thought he might have been coming good, but no.
