I think the next Aussie to come over from NFL should work on being a punt returner or WR.

I don't think RB is a good position for league guys. Even if they make a roster their careers will be relatively short due to the hard nature of the position and injuries.

Can you think of any league guys who would make a good tight end maybe?

Tom Trbojevic can take a catch in traffic but unsure if he can learn blocking

Blocking should be easy for a RL player because they still have to both run offense and tackle in RL. It isn't really much of a stretch to start blocking because you just have to barge into someone who doesn't have the ball which I thought would be even easier. You just have to block the guy you are assigned to or who is in your zone if a zone call. Surely it couldn't be that hard? Well it was for Hayne but he proved himself to be an idiot who should have know that when someone told him to eat p***y it should not have meant literally.

I think his trial will be done in May. Will be interesting. I think he is in serious trouble from what I hear.

Blocking is pretty tough to learn. Its a lot about technique, how to position yourself during a bullrush, using your hands well to stop swim moves or club moves, spin moves, etc. Then also understanding your assigments, like who you have to block and what the defense is doing. TE is a really tough position to just pick up since they are asked to do a lot.

I guess that these athletes have been learning the skills as youngsters many years before the big time

He is a rabbit. Doesn't even have to move out of his Eastern Suburbs apartment.
