Golden State Warriors 2015-16

I don't think that's a fair judgement. He realized there were more important things than basketball to worry about, and he took the time necessary to deal with those issues.

I agree. Sanders has a mental illness. Davis is just fat and lazy. BIG difference.
Hopefully Sanders has been getting treatment and has learned to cope with his depression. Would like to see him on the team. Low risk.

If not, Javale Mcgee can come in for the laughs.

That's a pretty good comparison actually. Only difference is Sanders appeared to have depression issues. Davis just seems to be lazy.

That comparison is B.S. Depression and laziness are two completely different things. As someone who has severe anxiety/depression I can say that it is quite debilitating even when it comes to stuff you enjoy. You can't simply "rub some dirt on it" and tough it out. If you're not getting the proper help and giving yourself the time to focus on finding coping strategies that can help than you're never gonna truly be the person you want to be. I thought it was quite brave of Sanders to see the problem, come out publicly about what he was going through, and walk away from the game to focus on improving himself before he tried to hurt himself.
How do we know AD doesn't have a problem that hasn't been diagnosed?

He doesn't exactly seem normal.

I agree, I didn't mean to equate depression with laziness. I meant more about their availability to play.
Good 1st quarter by McCaw
Intrigued by Robert Carter. Hasn't made a shot yet, but you can definitely see the ability and athleticism for his size.

He needs to gain some weight, he looks like a skeleton.

Yeah, he looks like a stick figure. Love his game though. Will be able to defend 3 positions when he adds some weight.

You can tell he has ability and he will get lots of time in Santa Cruz and some in 4th quarter blow outs to improve his game. I dont think he is anywhere near ready to contribute now. I did think Carter looked pretty athletic and Kuzmic still is a stiff.

Yup. During the broadcast Tom Penn mentioned he spoke to Bob Myers. Mentioned we're not done in FA, and will be adding a quality player soon. Hopefully that's a backup C or SG.
Can the season start already?

I know right!!! After losing the Finals I didn't want to hear anything or see anything basketball until the season started.

After signing Durant now I can't wait, it's like the season never ended.
