Lol yup.
The guy already lawyered up.
Lawsuit won't teAch him anything. He needs someone to grab his nuts and set them straight.
A nba player beats up a potential NFL player?
But to teach this kid a lesson, I hope the 49ers draft him.

From ESPN (Sherwood Strauss) today on McCaw and Sanders:
The Warriors are equally high on McCaw. Steve Kerr was impressed with McCaw's play so far and remarked that he should get rotation minutes. Kerr favors players who avoid dominating the rock and adjust themselves to a team concept. So far, McCaw fits that bill. Golden State assistant coach Ron Adams, a man not famed for his effusive compliments, declared of McCaw, "He sees the game well."
If the Warriors have a flaw, it's their lack of rim protection at the 5. Pachulia is a smart positional defender, but lacks the burst to block shots. Larry Sanders, who is currently retired, might have hinted at joining Golden State on social media, but that marriage does not appear to be in the cards. The Warriors looked into Sanders as a possible signing, but decided against it.

Kevan Looney must have gotten the word that he was too skinny to be a power forward....
"I changed my body a lot," Looney said. "Last year, when I played Summer League, I was probably about 215 (pounds). Right now, I'm walking around 240-235 easily. I've been dedicated to the weight room ... just trying to get stronger, and started eating right and get healthy, and having my body in shape for next year."

Nice! It's very possible McCaw gets rotation minutes. Right now we have 8 guys who are locked into the rotation:
Curry
Thompson
Green
Durant
Pachulia
Iguodala
Livingston
West
After that it's wide open. Kerr likes to run 10-11 deep. Not sure yet if we have the depth for that like in previous years, but I'm anxious to see if guys like McCaw, Looney, Clark, and eventually Jones can step up.

Great news. Listened to that interview on KNBR. Excited about his potential to play multiple positions. He can fill in at the 3 and the 4, even the 5 in small lineups. Says his best strength is rebounding. Fitz mentioned he's a pretty good passer and showing good 3 point shooting in practices as well.

The man who claims he was attacked by Draymond Green has already lawyered up -- and says he's demanding justice for the "unprovoked, unnecessary attack" that changed his life forever.
Attorney Corey Minor Smith says she's officially representing Michigan State football player Jermaine Edmondson -- who claims the NBA star attacked him outside of a bar early Sunday morning.
"My client is a student-athlete who was punched and assaulted by Mr. Green in an unprovoked, unnecessary attack," Smith said.
"His life has been forever altered by the events of that weekend."
Smith says 22-year-old Edmondson is "fully cooperating with the authorities investigating this unfortunate situation" and welcomes a "full and thorough investigation."
Good, Draymond Green sounded like he was a drunk a*****e

edit: Obviously the "forever altered" life is way overkill, but its just part of the negotiations to resolve the issue.

He was in the wrong for putting his hands on the guy, no doubt. But as you mentioned, for him to claim his life is "forever altered" is being a drama queen and makes me question his role in the scuffle.
He also repeatedly stated he was "punched" when witnesses including police on duty who saw it say it was an open hand slap. Again, shouldn't have put his hands on him, but a punch is far different than a slap.
This sounds like a whole lot of nothing and should be resolved rather quickly.

Yes, a whole lot of nothing. As I said, I think Green was just being an ass.

Could have been worse, at least he didn't get him in the nutz.

Draymond sounded like a punk w/ the "do you know who I am BS?" Like something Blake Griffin would say.
