it was a stupid prank that went wrong. problem is, Young doesn't see it that way, he's legit mad at him, and so is the rest of the locker room. Byron Scott even spoke out about it and said he won't even talk to Russell, he's gonna let the locker room handle this.

Kobe will take charge of this, and he will handle it right. Kobe's been in his shoes in a sense, he lost the locker room for awhile too after the "hotel incident"

check out the video i posted, especially the last 5 sec. it was a prank. he didn't post it, at least that's what laker insiders have said. but if he actually did post this himself, than he needs to be traded. i could care less if he's a future star, that would just be disgusting to me.

Not to the same degree, but we saw it with the Kobe situation. There were questions about the future of the team after the colorado and ensuing shaq situation, but then they quickly turned it around and won back to back titles with a tight core in the locker room. That was from a 28* year old or so Kobe. We're talking about a 20 year old kid that f**ked up and got his s**t hacked. I think it will blow over.


And I know you haven't been watching the Lakers, but it's quite obvious that the kid is gonna be special. All the b******t Byron put him through at the beginning of the season actually seams to have paid off. He's been balling the 2nd half of the season. Even has the highest scoring game of any rookie this year with 39. I have no doubt they made the right choice with him with the #2 pick.
