Byron Scott fired
YEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSS!

Jesus, I wonder who we get.
Anyone remember who who took over for Sloan with Utah Jazz when he retired? I guy named Ty Corbin. Scott was maybe slightly better than that which isn't saying much.
Blatt?
I'd be happy with Messina or Ollie. Luke would be fine but not preferred.

I haven't seen any other names rumored to be in our radar that I'd be stoked about.
Mark Jackson?

his father will tell him not to take it like he did with the NYK job.
Ive read there's about a dozen possible candidates.
Kevin Ollie should not even have minimal consideration. I am in his same conference in bball. Guy won a championship his first year with all of Calhouns guys and a ridiculously stacked team. He is getting great recruits, but his players are basically regressing with his lack of X and O experience/expertise.

Kevin Ollie is a lot like Byron Scott, except without the respect/x-laker great thing byron had going on....which is pretty much the only thing Byron had.

What do you mean you are in the same conference in bball?
Feel bad for Byron. He was in a no win situation.

Knicks job is a little different because Phil can step down any year, they have an aging Melo, and besides Porzingis nobody else.

Still, it won't be easy for us to get him.

went to SMU. play him twice a year...underachieving teams, players don't reach potential etc. etc. Stay away.
