Really scary news but it sounds like he had early resuscitation and didn't suffer any end organ damage.

The question will be the cause - if it's HOCM, his playing career may be over. It's not a Damar Hamlin situation where Commotio Cordis was the cause (after ruling out everything else) and thus a return to play is considered safe. Many athletes who have HOCM are never medically cleared due to concerns of repeat arrest and potentially needing an ICD and/or corrective surgery.

He will have a full workup and all the testing done. Hoping for (and expecting) a full recovery for the young man.

I was looking up bronny stuff and literally saw that it has to be because the vaccine and then literally the next article was how it has to be from long term covid

I was just trying to see how he's doing. But hey, let's start with this sh*t of course. The guy had a heart issue. It's terrible.

Have to just ignore bots/trolls who make every young person's medical issue related to the vaccine.

It's can be difficult and exasperating but that's all we can do now days in this post truth world.

Bronny situation sounds like Hank Gathers / Reggie Lewis. I don't think he will play again.
