He's a pretty good recruiter though. He brings lots of talent there. He's 2nd to none on hype and building up the fan base and ticket sales and hype.

I must agree, I thought he could leverage his past to get recruits, but he isn't committed to that.

His personality and tactics show he can recruit a few all-star players but can't convince the 3-star solid player types he needs to build depth
