Speight is absolutely horrible in the red zone. And the playcalling isn't good either but man it's ugly.

Oh my.

In before the Harbaughexcuses.
Josh Rosen ends up with some big numbers today, but he often stared down his receivers, inaccurate at times, and put more than a couple throws just up for grabs.

Untimely picks...against an unranked team.

Won't win in Penn State or Wisconsin playing that. Their qbs are competent.

Won't be there fault. Excuses :

-Jim Harbaugh still doesnt have his QB
-Screwed by the refs
-The grass was not green enough

They scored 17 points combined last year v UM. You might be underrating UM's defensive abilities.

In his defense, he was getting lit up on every three throws. They were only able to beat Memphis' blitz with runs... on passing downs, Rosen was going to take serious abuse.

It was also unnerving to see him run a read option and keep it. I don't see him healthy at the end of the season. Which is sad.

Speights will give more points away than that with pick 6s.

Rosen and Darnold are heavily touted and rightly so...but so far I like what I see from the QBs in Oklahoma, Mayfield OU and Rudolph OSU. Then looking forward to Oregon-Wyoming which I think is on now but I'll watch later on DVR, Herbert and Allen going at it.

Agreed Rosen will not last the season. If he does he will probably require surgery and be out TC.

Exactly what a good mod would do.
