Them Free Agents be carrying him and the home growns on their back. First Iggy, now KD. GS knows how to recruit

He proved this year that hes not afraid of the biggest stage, but he just goes through too many cold shooting spells and turnover binges to beat out a performer like Durant, who was always on, and looked like he got better as the moment got bigger.

He had a great series but he also didn't have the task anymore of going toe to toe with LeBron. That was KD's task and he was more than up to the challenge. Curry was not in 15 and he was not in 16. I think that factored into as much as anything because we have seen Curry go absolutely nuts all the way up until the Finals and then it all of the sudden changes? No. He had to try to cancel out LeBron's production in previous years and wasn't able to. With KD taking on that role, Steph was more relaxed and he balled out

I think he can live with this if the Dubs keep winning titles. Really, winning the regular season MVP is more impressive and he did it back to back. I could see him winning one though as the guy get get on a streak like no other.

I don't think there's anything wrong with it. It's just rare u see a guy win reg season mvp and the title but not win the finals mvp or even get a single vote. Probably hasn't happened in league history.

Haters who criticize Curry for not winning FMVP are just ridiculous. Nobody criticizes Buster Posey for not winning a WS MVP, nor any player for not winning a Super Bowl MVP, etc.
He has a great team around him and he was still the second-best player on his team in both the 2015 and 2017 Finals. I'd argue he was the best in 2015 from a numbers perspective.

Ironically Lebron didn't win his first championships until he went to a super team in Miami. Fact. Accept it. Owned. Pizza

What does that have to do with Iggy and KD getting FMVP?
