The Suns have Jackson under team control for awhile. Kyrie could have walked after this upcoming season.

The front office isn't the issue as much as the ownership. The Warriors were largely a poor organization when Cohan owned them and Suns fans have had to deal with similar issues from the foam finger waving douche who took over from Jerry Colangelo who had the Suns 3rd all time in winning percentage. The past 6 years or so have been the worst in my entire time as a Suns fan and most of that blame falls squarely on Sarver.
If he leaves McDonough and Co alone, I think they'll be fine.
