Last season, Porzingis avg more PPG than Aldridge, more Blks than DeAndre, shot better from 3 than JR Smith, more dunks than Blake. He's 21.

He's a ridiculously versatile player, a guy who can defend the interior, blocks shots like crazy and has range all the way out to the 3 point line. He also could have scored a lot more points had he not been playing with two major ball hogs. On a team like the Spurs he'd be an absolute nightmare to defend. He is like Sabonis all over again but actually playing in the NBA at the start of his career.

I love Porzingis. He reminds me of an athletic 21 year old Dirk. You go back and watch dirk in his first full season when he started for Mavs - you'll see a lot of similarities- except Porzingis can block shots too.

i don't see him becoming the shooter Dirk was. his mid range jumper especially was pretty much automatic

good. fvck the lakers. don't PG-13 and KL play the same position tho?

Pretty sure Popovich could figure that out, probably have George play at PF instead.

Either can play SG, SF, and PF when teams go small.

But, as we talked earlier - there is a lot of bs going around. Indy probably started some of these rumors to get Lakers to bite.

But, I agree - if PG goes to Spurs - he's more likely to stay than leave. That is the 2nd best organization in the league.
Fixed. And no I'm not talking Cleveland.

It's like the Seahawks thinking they are the best because they had 3-4 good years in a row, while Pats / Spurs have been doing it for 15 years.

True but NBA has changed too. Coaches don't even want these guys shooting midrange anymore.

Cleveland sucks as an organization. Gilbert is probably one of the worst owners in the league.

Spurs have been great for 20 years. I'll consider them to be the best. Warriors are in great hands though.
Gambo out here reporting that the Celtics will take Tatum and that the Suns will likely take Jackson although the owner is pushing for Fox.

Really want Lakers to take Fox.

a) it'll completely throw the mock drafts in a spin
b) Lavar's face will be priceless

Nah, I want the Lakers to take Ball.......and then a few minutes later send him to Orlando as part of a deal for Paul George. Just to see Lavar go from one emotional extreme to another in a few short minutes.
Spurs interested in Derrick Rose. Just heard on 98.7 The Game.

Not sure if you've seen this I included it in the Kings thread lol. Lavar rather go overseas than go to Sacramento haha.

That'll be even better...knowing him - he'll probably brag "I told you so" for 10 minutes.

Lol. The Knicks want a lot more than that. #3, Jaylen Brown, the Nets 1st rounder next year and more.
