Not really. Even if he walks after a year they got to pawn off Oladipo's bloated contract on someone and will have plenty of space to go after other players.

For a guy of George's caliber they basically gave up five cents on the dollar.

I think it has far more to do with the bold. I love going to Utah. If you're an outdoor fanatic there are tons of things to do but it isn't difficult to see how the lifestyle in Miami would he incredibly appealing to a young and super wealthy athlete and especially to his wife.

All that other stuff is eyewash, the lifestyle factor is the biggest one, not having state income taxes ain't bad either.
