I will say this though. There is no way that Bledsoe is close to Kyrie as a player.

Irving is a far better scorer but
Bledsoe is a much better defender and rebounder. They are largely equal as passers.

It just depends what a team is looking for. With Booker, what the Suns could really use is a PG that looks to move the basketball around and can play pretty good defense. Kyrie ain't bout dat life.

Irving is a far better shooter and ball handler as well. He puts way more pressure on defenses. You can't really help off Kyrie or Booker which would put a lot of pressure on defenses. Irving hit 2.5 3's per game on 40% shooting last year. Bledsoe hit 1.6 3's per game on 33.5% shooting. Irving has a much better turnover percentage and would likely have more assists if he wasn't sharing the ball with Lebron James. The Suns offense would get much better with Irving. Their defense gets worse, but you can mask poor guards on defense if you have a good rim protector (teams rotate constantly on defense and guards are mainly responsible for closing out on 3s).

Irving is more than 2 years younger than Bledsoe and his best basketball may be in front of him once he gets a chance to be the primary ball handler again. He would immediately be the Suns' best player by far (Bledsoe was their best player last year). Irving may cost them a point or two a game on defense, but I have to believe he'd add a lot more than that on offense with his ability to create offense out of nothing, limit turnovers, and spread the floor with his shooting.

The Heat 1st round pick is likely to be a late first round pick so it isn't worth that much. The only players on Phoenix's roster that make this trade worthwhile for Cleveland are Booker or Jackson. I'd be fine if the Cavs only got Bledsoe and Jackson and probably even if they gave up a future draft pick to get that deal done.

Another interesting trade idea is the Jazz. They're already a playoff team, they need help on offense, and Gobert would mask Irving's deficiency on defense.
