With Kyrie the Cavs were scary good. Now, there just a good team, even with Thomas.

I would bet on Boston, what say you guys?
I'll bet you $500 cavs over Boston lol
This no way Boston beating the Cavs this year. Actually when you think about it the Cavs got deeper with the addition of D. Rose, Crowder, and Jeff Green. . People forget Boston lost their best defender Bradley. Brown and Tatum are too young to make an impact against the Cavs.
No way Boston beats the Cavs? That I disagree with. Perhaps I over reacted saying I would favor Boston but they definitely have a solid shot at winning a series
Boston lost IT, Bradley, Crowder, Olynk, Amir Johnson, Jerebko, and etc. replaces it with Kyrie, Hayward, Morris and Tatum. While the Cavaliers lost Kyrie, Goat Jame Jones and D. Williams replaces by IT, D. Rose, Jeff Green and Crowder. This is a new Celtics team while the Cavs starting lineup only made 1 changes in addition they got deeper bench compare to last year. Don't forget the Cavs still have Lebron. Do you really think Hayward, Tatum, Morris and Brown can stop Lebron?

Boston got better, Cleveland got a little worse. Either team is still getting their s**t pushed in by Golden State.

Long term Boston got better. Kyrie an upgrade over IT plus he has more upsides. They don't have to worry overpaying an undersized PG next season. Freeing up minutes for their young players Brown and Tatum. But right now no question Cavs are a much better team.

I think IT is a better fit for Lebron. Lebron needs a ball hog because Lebron is a p***y when it's crunchtime.

A storyline that's overlooked is the buzz that the NBA is having with it's off season. We all know the NFL is off the charts with free agency and the draft but the NBA is getting into that territory. The jaw dropping trade dropped the NFL pre season to second place for a few days.

Win-win for both teams imo. Boston got the best player in the deal in Kyrie, and while Crowder is a nice player they had tons of wing depth making him expendable. The Cavs get IT to replace the lost scoring and got much needed quality wing depth with Crowder.

The Hall of Fame game, the most irrelevant NFL game there is still got better ratings than the vast majority of NBA games played last season, including playoff games. I'm thinking the NFL isn't all that concerned.

The Brooklyn pick could be huge for them because now they can pair Love and that for an upgrade at pf/c.

Yea the real issue is the nba offseason was way more entertaining than the actual season, playoffs included. We love nfl FA and draft, but its always secondary to the actual season.

NBA offseasons have always been a big deal. Just ask LeBron in 2010/2014 and KD last year.

Whoa according to reports Cleveland wanted Klay for Kyrie a straight up trade. Dubs decline the trade according to Marc Spears.
That would be a stupid trade for the Dubs if that happens lol. Glad it didn't.

Boston will beat Cleveland...story ends there. Golden State will murder whoever makes it out of the East.
