Back to Back NBA Champion Golden State Warriors 2018-19

For the SFII players out there, Looney reminds me of Dhalsim. Limited ability and pretty slow, but very long and effective in the right situations.

Great job by Looney on both ends!

I am still baffled as to why he was not even given an offer by another GM / team. The Warriors hamstrung themselves and could not match even a mediocre offer. What is not to like about a 22 yr old with a 7'4" wingspan that proved on the biggest stage that he can guard positions 1-5, and has a nose for offensive rebounding? If nothing else, wouldn't at least one team want to lure him away just to weaken the best team in the league? Being able to retain him was a freaking gift to the Warriors. Thanks other GM's

I could not agree more. I thought he was gone for sure when they didn't exercise his option and he played so well in the playoffs. Hopefully they can do something to keep him a Warrior for the next few years.
