Its because the Warriors didnt face a big man dominating the paint like Nurkic or Jokic would. Thats where he can really help. Not guarding against the 3. Not guarding against the pick and roll.

Kerr was outcoached.
What should he have done different to get the Warriors the win tonight? I mean other than have the team shoot better and not turn the ball over so much?
Why didn't he use Bogut or Cousins more when Gasol was in. These guys could have at least help slowing him down a bit. We got beat basically by Gasol and Siakom if you ask me. I am not an expert and don't pretend to be one. But if you have two all stars sitting on the bench and Gasol is torching us, at least use one of them. maybe I am wrong, but that's what I think.
They both could have slowed Gasol much better than the smaller Bell or Looney. I disagree with Bogut being a defensive liability. I think we lost because we were not prepared to defend Siakam or Gasol and that's on Kerr and the coaches. Klay had a terrible game and no one could score except for Steph. Having said that, I think game two will be different.
Siakam had a huge game but there is no way in hell that Bogut, Cousins, or anyone that was on the bench could have stopped him tonight.

I may go with the let kawahi get his and just don't let the role players go off. Kawahi isn't even 100% and his 1 on 1 game isn't difficult as Harden's or Dame's, it's good but nothing like those 2. I may prefer that game plan in Toronto since role players tend to play well at home

Kerr will make adjustments. We'll be just fine.

Ya it really just looked like they were gassed. Unlike Charles Barkley and NBA TV, I gotta trust the 3 time champs, 5 consecutive finals guys here.

I thought Iggy played him great 1 on 1. I don't think you need double team.

Same, Kawahi looks slow to me and is clearly not 100%. Dubs just have to play much better, raptors d is good but warriors helped them out with those insane turnovers. Funny how I'm seeing a lot of raptors winning this series talk, I refuse to believe the damn raptors are better especially if we're on our gameOriginally posted by nothing03:Originally posted by FredFlintstone:I may go with the let kawahi get his and just don't let the role players go off. I was okay with the gameplan because their role players besides Van Vleet were pretty underwhelming against the Bucks. Kerr obviously saw it as well on film and took a chance.

Anybody here going to Toronto? Flying out Friday night for Game 2 Sunday and we got an odd number (3). Tickets in odd sets tend to be a little pricier than even Stevens. Let me know if anybody looking to squad up.
that's dope.. how much are tickets?
I wish I could.. budget life right now
Tonight's L isn't going to help things.
We were looking at back of the lower bowl for $1100-1300ish. They were fairly competitive with Oracle Tix. I've gotten so used to flying to Cleveland the last couple years where Flight + Hotel + Game Tickets were STILL cheaper than going to a damn finals game at Oracle. The euphoria from the Rap's first finals trip has definitely added a premium to this year's trip. I really hope I'm not flying cross-country, cross the border to catch an L. Kerr better adjust accordingly.

Flush this game down the toilet and let's get them on Sunday.
