Back to Back NBA Champion Golden State Warriors 2018-19

I'm not going to be too carried away by performances in 3 summer league games but I have to say so far I am NOT impressed at all by Jordan Poole. He just reminds me of a guy like Nick Young who will chuck balls up and doesnt give the team much of anything else. Like the look of Ky Bowman a lot more

Sure his defense will be missed and the Warriors never would have traded him if KD and Klay had come back healthy and they were going for another title this year. However, given the team's situation this year and the chance to get DLo, moving Iggy was something they had to do to get under the cap. This was going to be his last year with the team anyway and with basically no chance to win a title trading him just made a lot of sense.

Not to mention he is the very definition of the modern day 'Load Management' player. The last 2-3 years he seems to always be dealing with some type of physical issue. He will be missed, but this is the opportunity to start to retool and get a little younger.

Jerry West is the 🐐 after what he did to the Clippers it only took him two years to rebuild to a championship team. Biggest mistake of Lacobs ownership tenure letting West walk he got George on Kawhi in the Clippers without giving up theirs core .
Warriors are now stuck with two consecutive terrible drafts with a guy can't shoot and a younger version of Nick Young.

If anyone has anytime a breakdown by KNBR on a 4 scenario Dubs can sign the last remaining spot. One of the scenario I am interested in is trading Damian Jones for cap space he is making almost 2.5 million if he is traded it will give the Dubs around $4.5 million it can give us flexibility to sign at least two veterans for minimum or at least offer to one of the contract to one top free agents. I doubt it will happen since no one will trade for Jones unless you attach a pick. As I said he is a waste of roster spot. Another way to free up more money is to waive Mckinnie his contract is non guaranteed.

Also check out the list of remaining players that might help us. We badly need a wing especially with Kawhi and George.

I'm talking about ever since West left Warriors hasn't develop anybody or build a bench to help their top players. Just look what happen in the finals.

Just feel blessed you were touched with the Lakers Gold for a while. Now you can go back to mediocrity.

After the Kawhi signing and PG trade to the Clippers, I'd say the Warriors are the quiet winners of the offseason in the sense that no other team replaced them as the super duper team a cut above the rest. Even if they mulligan next season, the dynasty can continue.

Raptors are one and done
Clippers are very strong but gave up A LOT in the long term to OKC. And theyll always be the Clippers
Jazz are stronger but until,they clear that hump..
Lakers are razor thin. lebron is old and AD is fragile and the rest suck
Rockets are psychologically compromised
Boston is shook
KD and Kyrie wont be what they think they will be in Brooklyn
Embiid's durability will always be a question mark in Philly
Everybody including GSW will be angling to poach Giannis from the Bucks
