I am with you on this. It's not looking good anymore. I think letting West and Schlenk go was a huge mistake. having said that, I am not sure if they had any control over their departure.

How did they let Schlenk go? He wasnt going to take Myers job obviously and he had a chance to be GM in Atlanta.

West?
I didnt say a thing about West. You were the one that brought up letting Schlenk go as though the Warriors screwed up. He left for a great chance to be GM.
Dude, I was simply asking a question. You need to relax
And I am asking why you brought up Schlenk?
Why not? I understand that Schlenk left to run his own show in Atlanta. But was there a way to keep him, and did we replace the talent in the front office that we lost. I really don't know. Do you?

The guy had the opportunity to be GM in Atlanta which was never going to happen with the Warriors. I dont even know how this is a topic to be honest. He was in the role as Asst GM with the Dubs for 5 years and ready to move on for a LOT more money and the ability to make the calls. But if you want to know who is the team Asst GM here you go...

Thanks for sharing. I was just questioning the circumstances.

No problem. By the way, I do not disagree with you on Jerry West if the only reason he left was because of money. That was a huge mistake. I wonder though if part of the reason that Jerry moved on was an opportunity to do the same thing in LA that he had done in Oakland... that being to be a consultant and turn a franchise around.

Fine it was Harrison Barnes. But it still makes Myers Trent baalke 2.0
You sir know nothing.

All warriors need to do is stay healthy and make it to the playoffs. Once they get Klay back anything can happen. Clippers have to be the team to beat now, right?

That was misreported. We sent $2M and a 1st Rounder to Memphis.

Bummer, was hoping for a 1st but it's funny how we got all these ex NBA players sons on the team.

Lol maybe one should not blame a son for the sins of the father, but do not want anything associated with Chris Washburn to taint this team.
The owner's son making big decisions makes me nervous, we have a sample of this not working here in the Bay....

What "big decisions" have Kirk Lacob made? Did I miss something about him taking over for Bob Myers?

I feel like they're doing this as some sort of sentimental apology/recognition. I think that it's a tad premature to announce this. I get he was great for us but in a way it's like it's taking out the excitement of retiring a jersey. With the dubs of late it's like handing out candy at Halloween

ok so hypothetically...

let's say the dubs make the playoffs and get bounced in the 2nd round or whatever & dlo plays just as good as he did last season. do we trade him and what would we get for him?
