Stupid DW waited so long to sign him
Glad we are playing better.

I missed the game but I just watched the highlight of the standing ovation for Patty and his emotion pouring out and I immediately started tearing up too. Oh man did we miss him. WELCOME BACK, MR. SHARK.

Kinda feel bad for Pavs. He has only 2 points and Dallas has won just one out of eight games. Didn't think they'd be doing so bad after the fight they put up with the Blues in the playoffs.

Coaches have been tinkering a bit last couple games. Offense doing less high-low. Defense bunching together more. Some interesting line combos. All are a work in progress, so maybe we'll see more in the upcoming road trip.
Longer term, I think they will need a top six type forward to emerge or trade for. That guy and Marleau would make the 2/3 lines more complete. Or at least IMO more competitive against a VGK/STL. I would like to see Gambrell in the top 9, but a Sorensen - Gambrell - Melker line could have its use and there are limited on 4Cs. Aside from that, the defensive scheme still needs a lot of work. But, it looks like Boughner is slowly taking them back to the '17 style.

Remember last year, i said keep an eye on Gambrell. He could be a secret weapon for us long term.

Deboer better get it turned around or he needs to go.
Couture with 1 goal is also not good enough

another L. Goal tending is the problem. This f*cking team has scored 4 goals total in the past 3 games.

Only scoring on PP, 5on5 is horrendous
Jets had 51 saves and 2 GA
Martin Jones allowed 3 goals on 19
