But there is no doubt that Eakin's cross check, which in and of itself is a penalty, lead to Pavelski getting hurt. It seems just to me. To our captain, no less.

We were owed something like that from the refs, the total blown call on goaltender interference in game 2 was egregious.

Pavelski sacrificed his teeth for one goal and two pints of blood for 4 assists.

I thought Couture played like a C this series. He gave a consistent effort each shift in each game. Always adapting and doing the nasty when it needed to be done.

I thought Eakin is borderline penalty

Statsny follow through was the real dirt, and looked like a kick to his head which is just unforgivable

I hope they review the tape carefully. Lots of good and bad pointers for defense.

Also, I think mixing their checking liners into the top lines could be useful. Gives them some energy and defensive awareness.
