So he's from Vacaville? That's my hometown, lived there for 25 yrs before I moved away. What high school did he go to, and how old is he?

That Kris Negrón guy who came in and played 3B the last couple innings is 1 yr older than me and also from Vacaville. We went to the same schools as kids up through high school, and I played at least 1 year of little league on the same team as him. Obviously, he was our best player lol

Yep! Tony went to VHS with me. Should be 24-25. I remember going to those semi-pro (or whatever it was classified as) Solano Thunderbird games and Kris Negron was playing for them and I remember reading the paper that the Red Sox or someone signed him. Vic Sanchez was the catcher for the t-birds and was picked up by the Rays back then too

Oh sh*t, you're from Vac also? I moved away in 2012 and haven't been back too many times since. I went to Vanden high school tho cuz I lived on the far south side of the city closer to Travis.

Yup the Red Sox drafted Negrón, I remember his family was all upset cuz they were Yankee fans. He's been on the Reds and maybe Cubs I think, and the Dbacks the last couple yrs at least.

Ahhhh nice man! I'm still here now. And yeah, it's a trip to randomly see Negron when we play him. Now it's a trip to see Tony starting for the Dodgers because that's literally someone I grew up with lol
