I will be perfectly happy with whomever Zaidi picks. I have complete confidence that he will select the right guy,

This
Twins investigating whether the Giants hid knowledge of Dyson's injury. He proclaims he didn't tell the Giants he was pitching hurt.

Lets for a minute operate under the assumption that the Twins are correct, that the Giants hid an injury. Why is that the Giants fault? Doesnt the blame fall with the Twins team doctors and training staff?

I will be the first to admit that this would be bad faith, but I dont see how the onus would fall on the Giants.

Because it's bad practice and unnethical.
Good organizations don't do that. Ruining your reputation in deals can only hinder the Giants in future deals

Right. I alluded to that idea in my post. Its bad faith. But what does an investigation do? Like I said, lets assume the Twins are correct. Why does the blame fall on the Giants? And what would an investigation yield? Bad faith =/= breaking rules.

I'm fairly certain it is against the rules, can't trade injured players.

Edit: looks like you can but only with commissioner approval, so if they hid the fact that he's injured, that would not be good.

If he didn't tell us he's hurt then how would we know. Twins must've given him a physical ?
