Nah, they need to add directional signs to your seating before any of that.

Sounds like there will be reconfigurations made to put the bullpens somewhere else, but triples alley isn't going anywhere.

If they plan on adding a bullpen in centerfield, triples alley is going to have to go.

Larry Baer from his recent interview.

Changing the Oracle Park dimensions: "I would say, on the bullpen mounds, most likely. It comes down to architecture and design, and what we can do that we're pleased with and feel is going to serve the team and serve the fans.

In terms of dimensions, I think some dimensions may change, but I don't think the view is going to be, 'Bring in the fences to make it a hitter-friendly ballpark' and do anything in the extreme. There would be, as a result of some of the work that we do, some changes in the dimensions as well.

It's unclear how extreme that will be or how material that will be."

Would there still be a Triples Alley? "The triple is a spectacularly exciting play and it's been a signature of the ballpark. I don't think there's any desire in our four walls to get rid of it. Whatever 421 (feet) become, if it changes, I think the major thrust of the ballpark will not change in that respect."

It sounds like they will have to reconfigure the park a little, but wont change much about the actual field dimensions. I think maybe Baggarly suggested that they might have to remove some seating.

IMO they should put one inside the RF wall, and one where the Kale garden is, although they're way too into that dumb garden to get rid of it.

Inside the RF wall? There's already limited room out there as it is. Put one in the ambulance entrance in LF and the other at the Kale Garden in CF.

Have you ever been out there? There is more than enough room to put two mounds. And there would still be plenty of space left out there.

Are you talking about the area beyond the fence where the people are looking in?

Yes, like INSIDE the actual wall, not in front of it. Theyd have to get rid of whatever they put inside there, but something needs to move to do this.

Yeah I wish they would just put it where the garden is. I definitely hope they don't remove any seating, that would be dumb IMO.

Put the visitors pen where the Kale Garden is now and put the Giants pen where the ambulance enterance is.
