In reference to eliminating triples alley:

"I really...as we've done our studies on it, I'm not sure that moving those fences in is going to have a huge impact, and I think thats part of why there's going to be an even more importance on us in the front office making sure that we have the right group of players here who can thrive at home."

Yup. They talked about looking at other players who rake at our park too

Thinks he hinted at it saying a manager at his second job could be a good fit because they learned from their mistakes.

also Kepler was in LAD front office when Z was there. 2014-2016

Raul Ibanez is a name that pops up that worked with Farhan in LA

All ive heard is bad things about Kapler. Hes had a lot of talent and done very little with it.

I trust Farhan but man its hard to get behind Kapler, only positive I see is that hopefully he learned from f**k ups like leaving in pitchers too long and were not competing anytime soon so hopefully he can grow into a better manager as the season/years go. I prefer a guy like ibanez or someone whose getting their 1st shot and see if we strike gold

because were a rebuilding team and getting a big name guy is probably not going to happen when they look at the mess of this roster.

lol so we're supposed to stake our future on someone mediocre just because the roster isn't good currently?

The Giants job is a premium position. The organization is first class top to bottom. Our farm system is improving fast, and Farhan is one of the best in baseball at building a team. I guarantee there are a bunch of good options lining up for a chance to interview. Its just about finding the right one.
