Ann Killion making the press conference awkward with angry questions about accountability.

Im open to hearing the entire story about the Dodgers incident, but apparently she isn't.

It was awkward from the start.

She insinuates on Twitter that Farhan isn't that smart. what a clown.

Killon is pretty on the outside, but ugly on the inside.

Um yeah I'm not so sure about the pretty on the outside part. I mean if you're into those manly looking women then I guess so

I saw that several wanted Espada over Kapler and I didn't know enough about either of them to pick one over the other. But after reading quotes from press conference, sounds like Kapler is a good guy. Talked to Bochy for advice and believes he learned a lot to be effective in his second opportunity as a manager.

Of course saying all the right things like great team, ballpark, many places and restaurants to visit, and very diverse city. We'll see if he lasts longer than two years this time.

No one knows anything. Its mostly hyperbole.

Fact is, Kapler was Farhan's guy from the beginning.

It's someone he can control and has complete leverage over. So when it comes to making roster decisions, Farhan will get his way more likely than not.

I also believe that Farhan believes in this guys ability to foster relationships and develop players. That's what important right now.

Ehhh, cant say im with you on that one.
Bochy endorsed Kapler as the best candidate from the group we looked at, so I guess thats good enough for me. Hopefully his time in Philly allowed him to see where he needs to change.

I heard he was way too lax with the players, and let them do whatever, and that he was a lot closer with management than he was the team.

While people lose their minds over this hiring this still comes down to Zaidi and Harris adding a lot more (Draft,International signings)talent to the farm system. That's the big picture.
