One thing the #SFGiants made clear to me. They told Huff he was not invited before he tweeted criticism of their hiring of Alyssa Nakken as coach, which he ripped as political correctness. I'm pretty sure the Muslim women tweet sealed that call.

He has probably fallen back into drugs/alcohol abuse, and still has mental health issues. Anyone with half a brain can tell there's something wrong and he needs help. Hes not just being an idiot. He literally draws fans stick figure scenes for money on Twitter. Dude isnt well.

Ugh... jokes? They were pretty damn extreme. Wouldn't characterize them as run of the mill dirty jokes.

Giants front office is filled with conservatives, and they are running a business. He is bad for business. Easy decision, and the obvious one.

In the wake of the Giants banning Aubrey Huff from this summer's 2010 World Series reunion, the two-time champ came on Joe, Lo & Dibs to state his claim, to tell his side.

Instead, he absolutely buried himself.
Most notably, Huff doubled down on his belief that Alyssa Nakken, the Giants assistant who is the first female coach in baseball history.

"I don't believe a woman should be in men's pro sports," Huff declared.

"Absolutely not."

Somehow, it got worse.

"There's so many more people, especially men who grind it out who deserve that spot more than she does. But I also don't believe that men belong in women's college sports or sports in general, either."

"Why would they want to be? I wouldn't want to coach women in sports." Huff said, laughing. "Women are tough enough to deal with anyway."

When I listened back to the interview, which I was recoding with my iPhone, I can actually hear myself cringe. Multiple times.

Staggering stuff.

I do agree that there is something seriously wrong with Huff. I also believe that the Giants did the right thing in banning him from the reunion. Until he gets serious help and stops making idiotic comments then he needs to stay away.
