II get the marquee name but such a bizarre fit as long as they play Harden the way they have been with D'Antoni

I think after 11 years in OKC, Brodie will want to be relevant in one of the bigger markets.

NY Knicks, Bulls,I can see the Pistons, even Lakers. I dont see him wanting to share the spotlight with another prickly star guard like Butler in Miami.

Lol Orlando, Memphis, Phoenix. Wouldnt be surprised if it happened tho.

Rockets expected to get Tyson Chandler to be backup Center. Love it if it happens. Gives them a true rim protector when needed, a great locker room guy and a good mentor for Capela too.

He can still fill a decent role, and definitely is a good vet leader, but he can't be relied upon for consistent play any longer. He was good on the Lakers last season, but then he would just disappear for long stretches.
Lakers fans or possibly members of the 3-6 Mafia seriously think they've had a good offseason you'd think they'd learn by now
Somebody's drunk posting pretty early. Take a nap.

Their ability is making a farkload of money.

You could take every penny from a guy like Cuban and I'd bet my left nut that he would be back to racking up millions in no time. That is a special talent in its own right.

Naw ... he will just become a Clipper fan now.

He still got 3 yrs. left on his contract as a Lakers fan player option on the 4th or until Lebron gets old.

Nah. Once you go lake show you don't go back.

Ya it's a shame they went from picking in the lottery to only the 3rd best odds to win the championship in a month's span. What a horrid off season for the lakers

I SERIOUSLY doubt it. But, I would love for it to happen just to get some laughs from watching Harden, Paul, and Westbrook try to "share" the ball. What a disaster that would be for Houston.

Don't Westbrook and Paul play the same position?
lol laker fans getting so bent out of shape when others don't agree that they had a stellar offseason.

Its truly a strange team to be relying on to go for a championship

An old distracted star, a young fragile star, a leftovers choice for a head coach, an assistant head coach with a snake reputation, a mismash of old, flawed veterans and a couple of useful but not stellar young dudes.

Everything has to go right. But dysfunction and injuries are more likely to happen.

Its just the idiotic responses saying we had a terrible offseason. Anybody who thinks that is trolling or hasnt been watching basketball for long. Lakers had a really good offseason. Just bc clippers won the offseason doesn't diminish what other teams did. Basically saying that Jazz did terrible too just bc they didnt get Kawhi. Lakers got AD, Cousins, and Green. 2nd favorite to win it all according to Vegas. Im not sure how we had a bad offseason.

What exactly do you mean by that?

The NBA will have teams all around the world and there will be something similar to the World Cup in soccer. Basketball is played every 4 years in the Olympics just expand the idea, the market is Global. Look how many diverse countries have players in the NBA. I'm in India and every offseason the NBA's top stars come here and China and hold clinics. This has been going on for quite some time. NBA merchandising has spread all over the world within the last ten years. The market is there and the talent is not limited to one country.

So, the NBA will have multiple leagues around the world and then there will be an off season tournament between all the champions, or the NBA will literally have teams in countries all over the world and the North American teams will all travel across the globe and play in the same regular season and playoffs?
