Rockets are not favorites. They are certainly title contenders but not favorites. If they get Iggy and Chandler they'd move up to favorites but practically equal with the two LA teams.

On another note, Rockets are only team with two MVPs. Neat but whatever. My thought is, when is the last time a team had two former MVPs still in their prime? I can't think of one. I don't think Kobe had an MVP before Shaq left.

Haha Chandler? Tyson? Have you seen him play recently as in last 3 years? Cmon

Iggy can still be effective role player but these are the guys that move the needle for you? Rockets are not favorites or on same level as clippers laker or even healthy dubs, they'll have some dope highlights though.

Yes they are. They fill the roster perfectly. The Rockets need a wing defender role player, a defensive backup center and leadership glue guys. Chandler and Iggy fill all that.

Russ, Harden, Gordon, Tucker, Capela, Rivers, Green, House is a fine roster with good depth already but a clear weakness on perimeter defense a a secondary big. Add Iggy for 20-25 mins a night and Chandler for 10-15 and you absolutely have a team on par with any other.

Russ/Harden can cause it to implode but the two sought this out and have known each other since they were 10.
Wojnarowski: "The market for CP3 is small, but Miami is at the top of that list. [OKC] would like to get that deal done as soon as they can. Their hope, in getting this deal done with Chris Paul, was that he doesn't play a game in a Thunder uniform."

Ouch, baby Very ouch. lol

Chandler is fine as long as you don't overuse him. The Lakers threw him out there for over 20 minutes a night and all Lakers fans were like "why this dude suck so bad?"

You put him out there for 10 to 15 minutes and he'll get some rebounds, block some shots and play decent defense inside. In Houston he'll likely be the #3 center.

Whats the point of having him when they're in tank mode? He'd probably win at least several games for them so its a smart move to trade him since they're rebuilding.

I don't think that is a diss at Paul, he just makes zero sense for them on that roster, especially after acquiring SGA. Its a given that they need to move him and Adams.

So a guy who plays 10 mins as a #3 center is the needle mover to a favorite? I think you just proved my point.

Iggy would be a good get obviously. That's a scary athletic squad for sure. Unfortunately Westbrook and Harden are the worst match possible so It'll be exposed in playoffs. That's just my opinion, thinking about how basketball works and how many bad jacked up 3s are gonna be had in May/June when defenses are legit and they aren't playing the grizzlies. Regular season over under will be interesting they can win a lot of games.

I don't think he is a needle mover but he represents crucial depth for them with Nene retired. Iguodala would be a needle mover though.

Adams would look good in a Warriors uniform.

He's back!!!
I think Korver can sign with Sixers. They need shooting and can probably offer him the most playing time.
Anthony Bennett, the only first round pick that could be worst is LaRue Martin.

Agree. That'd be a huge get. You could say that for any contender. Come to LA !
