Little boys take notice. You can still get paid with a terrible jump shot.

That's a ton of money to pay a rookie.

Yeah I wonder if the new deal will make him less motivated to win the ROY this year.

What's wrong with this?

They didn't forget as shelbourne implied. It was part of original deal. Lakers got clowned by experts for not creating enough space for a third star because of terms of trade, and that was wrong

They did forget and had to trade Mo Wagner and others just like she said. She was spot on. If they just negotiated to wait to do the deal, as has happened before, they could have kept those guys.

You don't wait on those types of deals. They had this plotted out before.

You Mr. Insider?

They absolutely didn't have it worked out before. They would have reported the deals together rather than a week apart. Every single person in the know disagrees with your take.

Bring him back on a MLE.
The Warriors no longer can use the MLE. All they have are 3 vet minimum contracts to offer. I would be very surprised if Boogie comes back on a minimum deal

And if he does play for the minimum he would probably want a ring.

You havent seen many NBA players have their careers changed by injury before?

I still contend that Boogie was playing good basketball down the stretch (before tearing the quad). Obviously not the Boogie from Sacramento/NO, but good. I totally understand people not wanting to take the chance on him for injury concern, but he is not as washed as he looked in the Finals. Just most people didnt watch Warrior games down the stretch of the regular season to see how Boogie was playing. They just have this recent memory of him in the playoffs.
Exactly. Boogie should be better next year than he was this year. I think he is far from done.
interesting..

lol wut? That dude was mad at the Kings because he wanted a max contract. He gonna play for the min?

The Warriors always like to have a 3 man rotation in the middle. He would be an amazing signing for the vet minimum
Drake gonna get all sensitive on Kawhi.
