That's a ton of money to pay a rookie.
Yeah I wonder if the new deal will make him less motivated to win the ROY this year.

They didn't forget as shelbourne implied. It was part of original deal. Lakers got clowned by experts for not creating enough space for a third star because of terms of trade, and that was wrong
They did forget and had to trade Mo Wagner and others just like she said. She was spot on. If they just negotiated to wait to do the deal, as has happened before, they could have kept those guys.
You don't wait on those types of deals. They had this plotted out before.
.@OrlandoMagic C Mo Bamba on him adding 20 pounds of bulk: "I'm roughly 240 (pounds) now and honestly it feels good to play at this weight because your bumps are more (effective) and you're getting to spots easier. Trust me, there's still a ways to go, but it feels good.''

Bring him back on a MLE.

Originally posted by SteveWallacesHelmet:Exactly. Boogie should be better next year than he was this year. I think he is far from done.

You havent seen many NBA players have their careers changed by injury before?
I still contend that Boogie was playing good basketball down the stretch (before tearing the quad). Obviously not the Boogie from Sacramento/NO, but good. I totally understand people not wanting to take the chance on him for injury concern, but he is not as washed as he looked in the Finals. Just most people didnt watch Warrior games down the stretch of the regular season to see how Boogie was playing. They just have this recent memory of him in the playoffs.
I'm told Willie Cauley-Stein coming to the Warriors. Was Damian Jones that bad in the Summer League debut? Does that mean no DeMarcus Cousins?

Free agent center Willie Cauley-Stein has reached an agreement with the Golden State Warriors, league sources tell Yahoo Sports. @ThompsonScribe first.

3. The Raptors haven't backed off one centimeter and Drake is said to be mounting his own recruiting campaign on top of whatever the freshly minted champions are doing to convince him to stay
