If I am Kawhi just sign back with the Raptors for 2 years with player option then sign to one of the LA teams after. I am pretty sure any team in the league would open up their Roster for Kawhi if he wants to come there. In all honesty nobody knows what Kawhi will do. I bet you guys not even Uncle Dennis knows.

A source on the Lakers forum has posted the following:

AEG has learned that earlier today Kawhi's camp has reached back out to the Lakers. Per his request, details of the discussion were not disclosed.

At this point - I think Raptors are the favorites to land Kawhi followed by Lakers.

But, I'm just guessing based on media's guess. Who knows with this dude.

Personally, I think all the other major FAs announced their decisions too early (due to tampering) and Kawhi is actually following the normal timeline.

Don't have a problem with him taking his time.
