Just a question why did the warriors get so much s**t for durant, when the Lakers basically bought their championship? Warriors had 3 homegrown stars. Lakers had none. It just doesn't feel genuine for the Lakers. I'm really trying to understand. Is it because there are more lakers fans? I don't get it.

By NBA standards LeBron is ancient and he was coming off of an injury. They got AD but then lost out on Kawhi were left with the perceived left overs. No one knew how good LeBrow would mesh and many thought the Clippers would be a legit challenge for the Lakers. It just worked out great for them. Nothing was bought.
Conversely the Warriors were already a super team before KD was signed.
Apples and Oranges to me.

The Lakers brought superstars to the franchise. How is it not bought. Did they win with ball and kuzma?

Teams "buy" champions all the time. Raptors did it recently, Lakers have it done it the past, Celtics, Heat, just some recent teams, and Durant going to GS.
Other teams also try buying championships, Clippers tried to as well last year but failed. Same with the Rockets basically every year since they "bought" Harden.
Its called free agency and trading. Many teams do it, especially when they want to be successful. I guess we should be like the Magic lol.

Not our fault other team bought Best Value brand and got rotten produce for organic price and got crap. Every other team tried to get LBJ and AD...Too bad they like LA Championship better.

As far as Durant and GS goes. It would be like the Lakers after they just won this year, trading for Giannis. You can see why so many would be pissed. Its not like we won a championship 2 years ago and then traded for AD. Plus, the hate was more directed at Durant than GS.
Lebron and AD joined a a 30 win team, not a 70 win team.

You can't look at it like this. The warriors built their team whereas the Lakers just happened to be the franchise superstars decided to join. The warriors get flack with their first championship because of the Cavs injuries in the first finals, but then get flack for bringing in durant because they were a superior team. Can't argue both.

Warriors wouldn't have won s**t if they didn't buy the MVPs in each of their Finals wins. Homegrown players were nothing but chokers. They should feel lucky their management recognized this a bought some talent to step up in the big games.
