All the "insiders" are saying it's done but Kawhi hasn't met with the raptors yet. He wants to meet with them in person to inform them of his plans.

Literally everyone knows its 100% done. Everyone. Also, a 100% guarantee that your team will win a ring. Congrats in advance. No need for me to talk too much trash this year, besides the usual "this is a bought ring," "doesn't mean anything," "bandwagon," etc. This team is going to be one of the best ever, they'll be no competition in the NBA and there is no point to really have a playoffs this year. It's a continuation of KD on the Dubs dominance, except a different team. We haven't had real competition since the Cavs beat the Dubs in seven.
Personally, I like watching competition a lot but I understand Laker fans are pumped up right now. No one else in the NBA is though lol
