Michael Jordan is the GOAT but he is a fricking moron. He doesnt think Steph is a "Hall of Famer yet". LOL
I guess being a 2 time MVP, 6 time All Star, 3 time NBA Champion, 3 time 1st Team ALL NBA, and a scoring champion isnt enough for Mike. Maybe he is jealous because he was never a unanimous MVP like Steph.

Doesnt really surprise me. While we hoped that perhaps he could come back late in the season (and maybe play 1/3 of the year at most) it makes little sense if it means rushing him back before he is 100% ready to go.

Kerr now back tracking on his comments. I think Klay will play this season depending on his health and also how competitive we are on the Western Conference. If we are barely hanging on the 8th seed and constantly losing against the West teams I think Dubs will play it safe and shut him down for the year. If we are competitive and just player or two away on being great for sure they will give the green light to Klay.
Steve Kerr's full comment on Klay Thompson's return timeline: "I wasn't announcing anything. He's doing great with his rehab. It's still possible he could play. But I forgot, with modern media, 'unlikely' is going to be on the ticker, OUT FOR THE YEAR."

Given his resume he's prob the only person who could say this
Prob a little jealousy.. or a little sarcasm..

At first I thought this too (when I heard the replay on the radio)...
I also thought that maybe what Jordan meant was just exactly what he said, "not yet" .... Curry is still playing.
I don't know if Jordan actually said that Curry hasn't done enough to be a HOF as of today...it could be taking out of context. I didn't hear the entire interview and so I'm not even sure why Curry's name was brought up in the first place.

So basically what he means is that if the Warriors aren't competitive by the time the playoffs roll around and not even close, then they might as well sit Klay Thompson.
HOWEVER
If the Warriors are in the thick of things and could really use his help, they'll allow him to take a chance on ruining his knee...

Pretty much. I think Kerrs comments might had pissed of the management and ownership. They just opened a new building and still trying to sell tickets.

LOL Kerr should watch how Shanny handles things...try not to talk too much
So much is riding on the new guys on the roster...hoping a few of them pan out and start balling.

I didn't know they could get in trouble for mentioning it (HOF stuff) in public .... seems pretty petty

Iggy pretty much locked to go back to the Dubs next year according to Marc Stein. I would take Iggy back in a heartbeat even a year older. I hope he comes back to make a championship run with the team one more time.

Theres only 1 player in history with an MVP who wont make the HOF. Pretty safe to say Curry is in with 2. lol
