That was a stunning loss. The combination of Denver tightening up th defense and the Ws going stone cold was hard to watch. Kerr is getting a lot of heat from fans but he's in a position that he hasn't faced before. The team is in transition with aging vets mixing with younger players. Kerr is trying different combos to see what works and what doesn't. He's probably looking beyond this year knowing that a couple of vet are going to be gone after this season
I disagree that Kerr isn't aware that they're in a transition period. He's trying to see what groupings work together but he knows that Paul and Wiggins are probably gone next year. Meanwhile he has to try and win this year while getting a good look at the younger guys. Maybe Kuminga should have been in there but would it have mad ea difference? They Ws couldn't score and they couldn't stop Denver. It was like a landslide. It was Curry that made that stupid cross court pass that allowed Denver to get off one last shot.

Not maybe. Kuminga should have been in there. 16-4-4 in 19 minutes. We needed more of that production that Kuminga was giving us. It was also Kuminga getting Murray foul trouble in the third quarter that flipped momentum to us.

(Andrew Wiggins) was playing great, we were rolling, were up 18, 19, whatever it was. So we just stayed with him. Then at that (later) point, it didn't feel like the right thing to do. He had been sitting for a while. So I stayed with the group that was out there, and obviously, we couldn't close it out."
