Golden State Warriors Talk

Steph clearly tired, wish he would have just driven, maybe even gotten a call, but doubt the refs would call anything against the Lakers
Podz with a stupid f**king decision to shoot

kerr might bench him for the rest of the season
Steph amazing
Lame way to end a game

43 FTs for the Lebrons and 16 for the Dubs. Lol

And lakers celebrating like they won the finals again lol. Always need FTs
lol Steph out there playing his heart out and getting mauled with no calls but whenever anyone breathes on Lebron its free throws. they need to get more fire power asap. we literally hang with everyone but need a small boost to get these close games. this season is f**kin ridiculous

There is something wrong when there is that much of a discrepancy in free throws. They let LeBron get away with pushing guys out of the way all the time. Steph gets hit when he drives to the basket and half the time they don't call it. If that number was something like 30 to 22 or 33 to 20 I wouldn't be so concerned but when one team gets 27 more free throw attempts it's just not right.

IIRC

52 shots in paint for lakers = 1000 free throws

49 shots in paint for Warriors = 16 free throws

Lakers just better floppers and complainers. Head snapping back on phantom contact.

Our FT differential as a team isn't that bad this year, but in the one game against the lakers it becomes generational again?

I'm sorry but Curry doesn't attack the rim as often and when he does his game isn't about trying to draw contact or attacks very aggressively. AD and Bron always had. Of course there's some "flopping" no players that shoots a lot of free throws don't exaggerate some contact. Refs will officiate differently too based on the team/players. The illegal screens that the warriors used all those years wasn't allowed by other teams. Fans wanted to see Curry/Klay shoot and the league allowed it.

Nah you gotta shoot that there. But you have to f**cking make it. It's as wide open as wide open gets in the NBA.

So basically ignore statistics because of an incorrect narrative, and now doubling down on said narrative.

Come on bro. The logic behind the idea that the team more aggressive around the hoop gets fouled more makes sense I'm theory. It totally does. But yesterday yall shot almost 30 more free throw attempts while shooting 3 more shots in the paint. The difference in free throws has nothing to do with attacking the basket. It didn't last night, and hasn't in many times our squads have faced off.

Go niners.

Gotcha. Curry needs to exaggerate contact when he gets hit going to the rim in order to get the foul. Simple getting hit isn't enough for curry (somehow is for other players) or people landing under him.

if you aren't snapping your head back or crying, it's not a foul. That's today's NBA for you.

I believe the NBA is trying to get rid of flopping and has been since Vlade days. It still allowed for certain teams/players but not for other teams.

Exaggerate and attacking the rim as part of your game. It's just how it works, it sucks but that's reality. Half of Hardens FT attempts would be bogus, but he would attack so much and draw legit fouls to that he gets the benefit of the doubt, just like many others do.

As far as your last sentence, you can't complain about that since the Warriors were allowed to run so many illegal screens that other teams weren't allowed.
It's hard watching the warriors lose when curry plays his heart out. It was a fun game to watch until the end. Also klay fouling out was crappy.
