This season filled with so many issues. Clear that the warriors are lacking a consistent scoring option next to Curry.
Klay will be back, along with Dray. The big three have earned the right to stay. Klay, after that performance, likely won't be commanding any max contract from anyone making resigning more likely.
CP3 may be back, given how the new CBA is gonna work. We won't be able to sign any big free agents.
they will have to get off of Wiggins. He has shown the championship season was the outlier. Though he played terrible this year.
you may have to dangle Kuminga in a trade to see what you can get, he isn't consistent on the defensive side and if you can upgrade a position to maximize Steph's years, you do it.
Steph, Podz, TJD, are the only untouchables rn.
bob Myers's left because he hadn't hit on any draft picks and likely saw this coming. He had a hand in this as well.

They still have to win on Friday to get in.

Kuminga is still only 21. He's green and still learning. He improves every year. I fear that if they trade him they won't get that much at this point and may regret it in a couple years. If he develops an outside shot he'll be dangerous.
Wiggins needs to go. I feel bad for him but he seems to have too many family problems that cause him to miss games. You have to wonder how much they affect his play.
Chris Paul is too old so they can let him go.
Klay is tradable and may bring something in return. A high draft pick or better yet a young player.

Klay was awful.
Wiggins was awful.
Kuminga was bad.
The lights were too bright for TDJ.
Curry was bad.
Draymond was bad.
Moody was ok.
Looney was ok.
Other than that, we played pretty good basketball today.
Paul was useless. We deserve this season for bringing him on board.
This is what can happen when it all comes down to one game. They can only blame themselves for not playing better during the season. They wouldn't have been in this position.

Horrific game plan by Kerr, he was clearly outcoached. Made no adjustments and some bone headed decisions.
Starting Klay over Podz/Moody.
No adjustments with Curry on the ball, why not have Draymond playing PG and run offense through him like normal?
Kerr is overrated and thats impressive bc Mike Brown is also overrated and he undressed him

Trading Kuminga would 100 percent blow up in our faces. He was the biggest reason the game was in striking distance at halftime while Steph and Klay combined for 5 points in the first half.

Andrew Wiggins not being talked about enough.
He's had two seasons of mediocre play. This season especially. We are on the hook for like $75m over the next three seasons. What are the Warriors gonna do?
Not sure anyone is taking on this contract given what he's producing.
If Klay goes, I think you need to trade Draymond too. Draymond cannot be relied upon and is the main reason we didnt make the playoffs this season. 20+ missed games due to suspension. 10-11 or so in those games. He cost us and he needs to go.
So that leaves Steph, Podz, Wiggins, Kuminga, Trayce as the starters. How we feeling about that? I dont think that is a playoff team.

Kuminga... no way they will trade JK. He is 21 f**king years old and has by far the biggest upside on the team for the future. Is he great right now? No but he truly is the only guy on the team who attacks the rim and is different than anyone else. Dubs are not in a position to trade their young players
Paul... will not be back. Lacob has already said they want to get under the luxury tax and the easiest way to do that is to cut CP3
Wiggins... I do think they will try their best to move Wiggins but it wont be easy to do so

This team won't be any good again until they stop sacrificing competitiveness to demonstrate loyalty to guys who aren't delivering.
There's a strong argument for blowing it up and starting over. Too much sentimentality blunts everyone's edge. Putting aged-out stars on untouchable pedestals sends the wrong signal to guys who aren't treated the same way. It's going to be hard to build a cohesive team from top to bottom with this mindset going forward. Young, talented players aren't going to want to be here.

I wouldn't trade Kuminga either. We saw the third year leap. Let's find out if he can build on it.

Probably wouldn't have been in that situation if not for Draymond's suspensions.
