Why am I subjecting myself to this !?!?!?

I am so glad I forgot about the game and didn't watch a second. What an embarrassing effort. Down 51 points? Kerr obviously didn't have these f**kers ready to play

Offense looked to have better sets/motion earlier in the year, but now it's completely gone. Not sure why.

on the bright side, this game tips the scales for a trade.

I think they will target an offensive big man. I don't think the defense has been that bad this season, but blowing leads because you can't score in clutch has been an issue

No doubt the defense has looked bad rn. But if you count all the empty possessions on offense (including turnovers) throughout the season, you're putting your defense in a tight spot. Teams easily come back because they can just focus on Steph and nobody else can score.

I think Valan?i?nas could give us the best of both, maybe not so much on offense but decent enough. Olynk/Vucviec are stretch bigs, that likely get taken out for offense/defense purpose in the clutch. Myles turner might be an option, but not sure if pacers are in sell mode yet

Though I dont think any trade fixes the performance tonight, just no pride tonight

Fair enough; good points. One thing is a surety, they need to do something!

Jordan Poole would be perfect for this team.

Watched the game on delay and checked the score after they fell early and decided not to watch the rest. Only saw this morning that Steph didn't even have a basket. Errrr…so we cooked, right?

3 options

1) Fully invest draft capital and young players into/around Steph/Green these last three years to get more well known/proven players

2) Fully invest into youth movement, trade Steph/Green for max value

3) Be mediocre by not committing to either (this is what we have been doing)

The reluctance to commit to either approach is understandable but infuriating. Imagine trading all the youth for star power to supplement Steph's shot making and still not getting a chip.
