Lol

i love how fans always talk about how the nba is soft and it was better in the 90s and 80s when it was physical and full of fights.

The same fans get irate when draymond literally breathes snd they want him T'd up or tossed lol

I dont know if the league sent out the memo to the Refs to let the players chippy or if the refs really all suck this bad for the playoffs , this the first time in a long time ive seen a kerfuffle in every single series at least once a game

Refs scared of Udoka takin their girls or just plain intimidated by him
"No, we're not havin' fun, I don't like Dillon Brooks" - Jimmy Buckets
When will DB learn not to "Poke the Bear"

There's so much to unpack from this game:
  • Draymond playing with 5 fouls, being able to play great defence, and not fouling out
  • Kerr with the move to get Adams off the floor, because he was blocking too many shots
  • Playoff Jimmy showing out
  • Buddy contributing
  • Podz doin' his thing
  • 20 of 22 from the FF Line at 90.9%, while Houston was 19 of 31
  • Overall great team defence
  • 5 Dubs in double figures

I could go on, but you already know ;D
It's gonna' be WW III in Houston come Wednesday night, but all the Dubs need is one more game to advance …

Ironic because it looks like the Rockets are trying to hurt people out there deliberately

Can we all agree, that foul Jimmy committed on Brooks on the fast break was a ole school 90's era HORD foul
I hate this type of basketball. Fouls are fouls but the Rockets entire game plan sems to be hold, push and bang. It works to some extent because it take sthe other team out of their game but it leads to wat too many whistles. Constant stoppage of the action. It makes the game drag. That was the 3rd longest playoff game in Warrior history.

HOU's tactic works against the other 31 teams in the NBA, GSW is built different they've been in it and seen it all, HOU's tactic will not rattle 4 time champs

It definitely is effective at slowing them down. Look at how low the scores have been. It will be interesting to see if Houston continues to play that style as their players get older. I hate the way refs officiate these games. Houston is allowed to get away with it because the refs know that's their style. When the Warriors try to bang back they get called for the foul. Calling a technical on Steph for holding up 2 fingers is ridiculous. They called it taunting. Do these guys not know that the NBA is all about taunting. It goes on all through the game.

This reminds me of Seattle, and The LOB. Their CB / DBs would hold on damned near every defensive snap.
It was their "Modus Operandi", because they knew the Refs couldn't / wouldn't call it on every down. It a different
sport, but the same BS 🤬

I wanted to see Brooks get his comeuppance. I don't normally wish injury on a player but I'm still sour about what he did to GP back in '22.
i predicted warriors in 5 after game 1...but it wouldn't surprise me if we drop the next one
