Golden State Warriors Talk

I wouldn't flip out just yet. Clippers are going to be doing that to just about everyone not named Lakers, Rockets, Bucks etc.

Overreaction city over here.

Warriors will be fine (fine=competing for a playoff spot). After a quarter, we were basically playing without a center. Draymond missed a huge chunk of the game. Curry was a no show. Lots of players playing their first game ever.

Pump the brakes, everyone.
lol didnt care about the final score

defense was a revolving door and new guys look lost on their spacing relative to Dray and Steph, even Loon

I was still watching every possession intently to see how the young guys react from play to play

last 2 years, the regular season had a get it over with feeling.

this one will be ugly a lot but Im actually paying attention a lot more
Went to The Who concert so I didnt watch the game. However, cant say as I am surprised by the score given the Warriors youth and that the Clippers are a powerhouse. Its going to take time and there will be games that are a disaster. Did anyone really think the Warriors could be great after losing KD, Klay, and Andre? I know I didnt and still hope to see the young kids improve and maybe sneak into a 7 or 8 seed for the playoffs.

I just wish we could go one day without a post from Mayo on tanking.

Kerr and the team throwing game on purpose so that seats can be cheaper as the season goes on

#LightYears

They aren't going to be as good as we have been used to recently. I have absolute faith that Joe Lacob will not allow it to be more than one season. They're making more than $700M annually from the Chase and he's willing to spend a lot of it to be the last team standing. I'm not worried about Los Dubs.

At first I thought you were too pessimistic with the Warriors predicting they might missed the playoffs or a borderline 7 to 8th seed. I think you might be right. After watching the preseason and the last game this team without Klay majority of the year might miss the playoffs.
The West is too deep even the Suns, TWolves, Pelicans and Dallas looks really good.

Money has never been the issue for the Warriors under Lacob and wont be now. He would have paid an immense luxury tax to have kept KD, Dray, Curry, Klay, and Draymond together. The bigger issue is whether they can attract a difference maker in free agency and whether they can draft well.

This 100%. Next year we will have more flexibility with the Cap Space + 15 million trade exception + Mid Level Exception + DLO trade + Minimum Salary Veterans + Healthy Klay. This year we might not have enough talent. I hope DLo continues to improve so his value don't drop. I hope we don't pick up the option on Spellman pretty much a wasted roster spot fat and slow can't defend.

I don't know if it's bad drafting or player development. Even drafting late they should have found a couple of solid bench players, besides Looney, over the last few years. It's got to be resolved.

Looney out in this road trip and will to see a specialist according to Slater. Someone in twitter mentioned might be similar to Kawhi injury.

F#ck this training staff it f#cking sucks ever since Chelsea left. . Now we don't have a center stuck with fat @ss Spellman and Chriss.
This is sad

Curry deserves better than this
This is really sad and pathetic. I know I might be overreacting but we might be one of the worst team in the league.
