Golden State Warriors Talk

I dont want him on the Warriors. They have other needs and quite frankly I dont want anything to do with the Ball family.

I do think he will be a first round pick for some team and he obviously has skills. We shall see if he gets in the lottery.

On the bright side they found something with Paschall. I agree with Barnett. He doesn't play like a rookie.

This is going to be a challenge for Draymond. He actually has to do more on the offensive end for a change.

Going to be a challenge for Kerr as well. Kerr doesn't like Pick and Roll basketball but now he has no choice.

Kerr is too stuborn sometimes. I know his motion offense won multiple championship but he has young dumb players playing on his system. Iggy, Livingston, KD and Klay are not playing with the team. He should just let DLo run the pick in roll. WCS also thrives on pick and roll.

On another note Paschall looks really good he just need to lose a few pounds. As for Jordan Poole dude is pure thrash dude is shooting barely 25% FG percentage. He is Nick Young but less talented. Imagine if Poole was the rookie two years ago Kerr would bench him right away on all the stupid shots he takes.

In all honesty I do not trust Meyers on the draft anymore ever since West left he hasn't had a good draft he just rode the talent that Jerry West built. Similar to Trent Baalke did for the Niners. Last good pick was Looney which is a Jerry West pick. Also schlenk(Atlanta's GM) is gone and got replace by the loser Mike Dunleavy as his main draft advisors . Dunleavy is a jinx ever since he got hired back to the franchise it went to sh!t dude even got promoted this year as assistant GM . So basically we went from West and Schlenk to Dunleavy Jr as the talent evaluator and advisor let that sink in for a second.
In fairness to Myers tell me what great players he passed over in his recent drafts. It certainly isnt easy when you pick at the end of the 1st round. I guess my point is that I dont think it would have mattered who was making the picks at the spots we were selecting. Even Jerry West. Since we picked Looney....

2016 Damian Jones and Patrick McCaw
- the only guy in the 2nd rd who is truly a very good player is Malcolm Brogdon.
- I still think that both picks were solid at the time with guys who had upside potential. Injuries held both players back

2017 No 1st rd pick and Jordan Bell in 2nd
- I think everyone would agree that Bell was a very good pick in rd 2. Round 2 players are all about upside.

2018 Jacob Evans
- 2 picks after he was selected Spellman taken by Schlenk and then traded for Jones. lol
- there isnt one player in the draft taken after Evans that is even a starter in the league and would take Evans over any of them

2019 Jordan Poole, Eric Paschall, and Alen Smailagic
- obviously way too early but I love both 2nd rd picks. Paschall is a steal in my opinion at 41
- if we flipped Paschall and Poole in the order I think it would have made more sense. We shall see if Poole can develop a more consistent shot with his increased playing time

That's fair. Late first round draftpicks are a crapshoot. It's not like Myers is swinging and missing on a bunch of lottery picks.

If we could get our hands on Anthony Edwards, DLo would have to go though

I would be very surprised if DLO isnt traded in the off season or at the deadline. Hope he plays well to improve his value
Embrace the tank

Any word on how long Steph is going to be out?
Lol those that want the tank for a lottery pick are fkn out to lunch. Nothing is given with an NBA lottery pick.
Plus this years crop of talent for the 2020 draft is a fkn joke. There's not one player that screams OMFG !! Nep
I'm guessing DLo is traded by the January. I just wonder for who

Maybe a package around Culver from the Wolves?

Oh well......I hope the youngsters make use of all the playing time. We'll be back!
Draymond is such a good complementary player when surrounded with top offensive guys like Klay, Steph, and KD. However, his value really declines when he doesnt have great scorers around him. It is mind boggling to me that he hasnt been able to improve his outside shot over the years.

Would you trade Russell for Wiggins?
