So lets hear the SF that you want to trade for.

No one in particular - just a starter.

So you would trade a 23 year old All Star who hasnt even hit his prime yet for just a starter.

Is mayo49 the sus of the Dubs thread?

What are you going to do with him when Klay gets back?

If he's playing well within the position, try Klay at SF.

Couldn't hurt.

Things will play out but the last thing you do is trade a kid with his talent for some starting SF who isnt an all star. That is shortsighted and dumb. Give me names and I will tell you if they make sense to trade for.

I like Barnes - he's really improved. There's not too many others that are worth anything.

Klay can play the three:

PG: Steph
SG: DLo
SF: Klay
PF: Dray
C: Looney

Elite starting group, crap bench. Team will be much better than people think

Makes sense - I think it'd be worth a try.

This team is going to be weak defensively, They are undersized in the middle, have 2 below average defenders in the backcourt, and would have Klay trying to come back from a serious injury and playing a new position. So for me its hard to call the starters elite at this point. Maybe down the road if everything clicks.

Arent you the guy who was calling for them to tank the season because you "call them as you see them?"

So, what is your solution, smart ass?

Assuming Klay comes back to form quickly, this team will score so many points and be so good on the perimeter, they'll be an elite starting group. Dray is still an elite defender, and Looney is solid also. Klay should still be an elite perimeter defender. Sixty percent of your starting lineup is good defensively

I see your point though

I think the bench is lacking, and as a Kings fan, curious on what Cauley-Stein will do. I've always felt like he's a good backup big because he can play well in spurts. One of his major problems is consistency. I think he'll do a really good job off the bench for you guys, especially at first. He has a habit of starting the year off good, and then getting worse.
