Selfish? I dont know about that. Everything else is right though

I say selfish because you could tell he wanted to be THE guy there but they brought in KAT and Butler so he was never really able to be the guy and he pouted as a result.

Maybe a new change of scenery will help

If that was a problem there it's only going to be worse here. Wow.

The only way I see this trade making sense is bc you're not gonna play Dlo, Curry, and Klay at the same time. At least with Wiggins you have a true SF. And just like DLo, he should look pretty decent in that system, worst case trade him again lol.

The draft picks makes this a great trade.

Wiggins still very young, hopefully being in this team, with this culture and coaching staff he develops into his potential.

This not sure why everyone is down with this trade. DLo and Wiggins almost the same stats but DLo a better shooter and a slightly better player but not far off but Wiggins a better fit. Wiggins can give you a 20ppg same as DLo + we get a top 3 protected 2021 pick of unprotected 2022 pick + another 2nd rd and got rid off Spellman and Jacob Evans contract next year.

I like that Meyers frees up a lot of roster spot for next year to rebuild the bench. Because Spellman and Evans is not a good fit on a playoff team.

So next year
Potential 1st pick
17 mil trade exception
Mid level Exception
A chance to rebuild the bench with Vet Minimum.

The Wolves also get Spellman and Jacobs?

Evans is awful waste of roster spot. Spellman has potential but he will take a roster spot next year.

By trading Spellman it will give way to Smaillagic for more playing time. I really like Smailagic potential based on what he showed in limited minutes this year.
