I'm #teamDraymond, and it's not because of what he said. It's because Barkley has some ridiculous beef with the Warriors, and cant stop talking s**t about our team. Now I dont really agree with what Draymond said, but I absolutely agree with him snapping back at Barkley. Theres only so long one person can take constant ridicule without snapping back. Both need to shut their mouths.

Barkley is just mad that the Warriors proved him wrong when he said that they cant win with a jump shooting team. But Green isnt as good as Barkley was, and when it comes to being a TV personality, Green will never be able to be Barkley.

First off, Barkley's best teams were in his early years, even then Erving wasnt the same player anymore and Malone was often injured as well. When Barkley took over the 76ers and then later the Suns, he was by far the best player on those teams and neverr got the chance to play with another superstar until late into his career with Hou.

Unlike Green, who cant do s**t without Curry and Klay, Barkley was carrying his teams into the playoffs.

But if you really think that about Barkley, then I assume you feel the same say about guys like AI, Stockton, Malone, Miller, Ewing, Nash, etc., bc those guys never won a chip either.


So either you are just salty about what Barkley said so you are saying dumb things, or you really have no clue about bball. While I agreed that Barkley is only saying those things bc the Warriors proved him wrong, it doesn't make Green right either in what he said, just like other GS fans have said as well.

Draymond isn't in the same stratosphere as Barkley. That 'i have ships but you don't' argument is for someone who...has no argument. If Barkley played with steph and klay....I mean why even have this conversation....Draymond is a career 9 point 7 rebound guy lol. This doesn't diminish the Warriors champ teams at all, not sure why Dubs fans are even being offended by this.

a HOF player should be able to help their team get more than 15 wins. i havent looked, but i doubt i will find too many players, at least during the modern era, who were at the prime of their career and their team struggled this badly.

Barkley never won a title bc he never had great players around him. His best teams were his first 3 years in the league, afterwards nothing really great around him. But that's how the NBA was back then, very few teams had 2 superstars, let alone 3. Green won bc of Klay and Steph. Without them, they are 15-49.

I also understand that this team isn't as talented from top to bottom as previous GS teams, but even if they had better depth, it's not like Green is carrying a team to the playoffs. He's a really good role player and most teams would love to have a guy like Green, but you don't build around a guy like Green and if you can't even average 10 ppg, I'm sorry, but that's not HOF numbers. Might as well put in AC Green because he was also the ultimate team player, defensive specialist, and won multiple titles.

No, I am not here to trash talk GS, a lot of people in this thread know me and 99% of the time I've posted here has always been pro GS stuff. I'm not like you to talk s**t in other teams threads (unless its Vals Wolves lol)

I am a fan of how GS built the team, I am fan of Curry, Klay and Green, i loved how they proved the media wrong, including Barkley, who said a jump shooting team can't win a title.

The only reason this started is bc you said Barkley isn't a winner and wasn't a difference maker. Which is dumb as hell to say lol. He's on the top 50 players all time list, in the 20s as well. He did as much as you could during that era. He didn't have a great players around him, that's not his fault.

And once again, you are also calling out players like Stockton, Malone, AI, Miller, Tmac, Ewing, Nash, Gary, and many more, who never won a title. It's just a dumb statement, own up to it, and admit that the only reason you are saying these things is bc Barkley made you salty.

What's funny is Barkley and Draymond are very similar personality wise and they can't stand each other lol
