Seen this one a few days ago
Andrew Wiggins, Eric Paschall and two first-round picks and a future pick swap to Philadelphia for Embiid.

This ain't a big mans game anymore... but also do you really think a guy who barely played in college at all will be any much of an impact at the pros? History is against him and his position he plays. But just from the sample that I have seen...I wouldn't touch Wiseman at all.
From what I seen of him, he has all the tools to be a top NBA center, there are still a lot of very good centers that are very hard to deal with in the NBA, I don't feel comfortable having to trot Looney and Chriss at Center having to guard Embid, Jokic, Towns, Jordan, Capela.
Big man position is making a comeback now and you need good bigs to win. They dont need to be your offense anymore, especially the traditional post up big man, thats dead.
Now they need to be able to defend well and run the floor, or shoot well, or even be a ball handler, that's where the C/PF position will be at going forward.
And that's where Wiseman will get eaten up. He can't bang with any of the bigs. Tolbert yesterday though was saying the same but more politely. He also mentioned though that the big man position is pretty obsolete nowadays.
Teams want that fringe C. Just like you said but more of a PF. Like what the Rockets did. But was Capella really a big? Idk

Wiseman can defend and he has some offensive skills. We don't need him to be the focal point, just rebound, play some D and mix in some perimeter game.

I like Okongwu there then for those points. Especially when we play fast and small ball. Dude is a beast on the rim. I really think he has a much better upside than Wiseman. He's way more aggressive, and on both sides of the ball.
I do keep hearing though they are really high on the kid from Tel Aviv. Deni Avdija. Tolbert has mentioned shin a few times.
Just please no Ball.

I wish you guys wouldnt let your hatred for Lavar cloud your judgment about Melo. He is going to be a star.

I doubt it. Good passer but nothing besides that really sticks out. His outside shooting needs a lot of work.

I'm more excited about the 2021 draft to be honest. Jonathan Kuminga reclassified yesterday. Having Minnesota's 2021 first round pick could be huge.
