BREAKING: Cardinals have agreed to acquire Nolan Arenado from Rockies, sources tell @TheAthletic. Deal pending approval from both MLB and players' union; Rockies sending Cardinals significant cash, believed to be in $50M range, and Arenado will be deferring money.

Wasnt Scott Hairston or Something like that a giant killer ? The dude on the Padres and random teams ? He would hit like 10 homeruns but 5 vs us lol

Edit yup him. In 2007 he hit 7 homers in 50 at bats against us. He had 11 on the season

Yeah, that dude killed us for awhile. Back in the day (forgot what year) the Padres had a white dude named Khalil Greene who always torched us too. I don't remember him being that great overall but he always killed the Giants from what I remember.

Ian Desmond had some unbelievable ownage on Lincecum back when Lincecum was still good too. I think he was like 12-14 against him or something crazy.

Lol Khalil Greene from Clemson that's a name I haven't heard in a min, he was a 1st round pick for them. Padres finally getting it right now

Man has anyone read the story on Drew Robinson?? I did not know the dude tried to kill himself? Fk man lol it's very interesting. Crazy how the Giants are sticking with him. Hopefully the Giants can help him with getting all the support he needs. Kinda hard to believe he's out this all behind him that quick. Best of luck to him.
