The Tommy La Stella deal is official. It's for three years and $18.75 million.

La Stella is the first to get a three-year deal under Zaidi and is the only one with a guaranteed contract for 2023. His contract is backloaded: $2 million this year, $5.25 million next year and $11.5 million in 2023. It includes an annual donation to the Giants Community Fund.

Also, I wonder why they didn't front load the contract. They had some money come off the books this year, even more so next year. When the Giants are ready to compete in 2023, wouldn't it make sense for his salary be lower?
